On December 3, 2011, Umi O. Studios will host a high-pitched art show called ArtSmart: The 2012 Preview. This red carpet event is by invitation-only and will serve as a fundraiser for the ArtSmart program. Celebrities, professional athletes, city and county officials and well respected individuals within the art community will be among the one hundred individuals to attend the fundraiser.
Fundraising activities play a critical role in our ability to provide free services. Our goal is to raise $40,000 in tax-deductible donations to launc ArtSmart by April 2012. These funds will support 52 seventy-five minute classes, workshops and activities over a 12 month period.
The following will be funding sources for the art show:
There are 3 levels of tax-deductible sponsorship that will be marketed to public agencies, small businesses, private foundations and other organizations.
SILVER - For $1500 a donor will be listed on the event flyer, invitation, email and website. Donor will also be listed as a Silver Donor in the event booklet.
GOLD - For $3000 a donor will receive all silver level benefits, plus exposure in all social media, radio and television ads. Donor will also be listed as a Gold Donor in the event booklet.
PLATINUM - For $5000 a donor will receive all gold level benefits, plus designated space at the art show to display business name and logo. Donor will also be listed as a Platinum Donor in the event booklet.
Donated collectibles and memorabilia will be sold through silent auction at the event.
Ad space in the event booklet is available to any individual or organization interested in promoting their products or services. Every guest attending the art show will receive an event booklet.
Umi O. Studios will donate all of the artwork to be sold at the event. The attached images represent a few of the several collections that will be featured at the show.
